A child’s age on July 31 is his/her age for the season. A player may gain 1 pound every 2 weeks after the second game, up to a maximum of 4 pounds.
There is a $50 sibling discount for football players.

Mandatory fundraiser info – CCPW does an annual raffle for Seahawks tickets and/or other sports related items to help offset the cost of playing and to purchase new equipment. It is mandatory that each participant sell one book of tickets valued at $50. If you do not wish to sell raffle tickets you can choose to do a $40 buyout and return all the tickets. The participant who sells the most raffle tickets will win a prize. Last year’s prize was University of Washington Husky Football tickets.
Required documentation on or before the 1st team practice. Original/certified birth certificate (new participants only), prior school years report card, and physical fitness & medical history form (must have been in done in current year).
